Land Use Administrator
The Land Use Administrator's primary function is to administer and enforce the Zoning and Land Use By-Laws for NAS South Weymouth within the Central Redevelopment Area at Union Point. The LUA works with project proponents and other stakeholders from concept all the way to project completion. The LUA may serve as the Review Authority for site plan review for certain-sized projects, and also has the authority to review ‘minor plan changes’ proposed to an approved site plan.
